Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns. Please contact me within: 7 days of delivery and ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I want you to be happy with your purchase so please contact me with any issues. I’m always here to help.
I do repair my jewellery. Repairs are free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order/delivery confirmation. After the 30 days, please message me details and a photo if possible and I’ll determine a repair estimate for you. Repairs can take up to 2-3 weeks to process depending on the volume of orders I have at that time. Return shipping fees on repairs are the customer’s responsibility.


Your order will be shipped in padded envelope to ensure your item(s) are delivered safe and sound!

Your order will be shipped using 1st class tracked Royal Mail. Please contact me or leave a note at checkout if you need a different shipping option.

PLEASE NOTE: Paying for expedited shipping does not change processing times; the upgraded shipping options only guarantee you will receive your item faster after it is placed in the mail. If you purchase expedited shipping, the item will still take the noted processing time (usually between 1-3 business days, current processing times are noted on all listings). If you are needing both expedited shipping and processing, please message me prior to your purchase.
